Appointments - Store Policies and Guidelines
Booking Guidelines:
- Each shopper is required to book a separate appointment.
- Each shopper is allowed up to 2 guests to accompany them during the appointment and all guests must be at least 12 years of age.
- Your appointment will help minimize your wait time for a fitting room (if there is a wait). Once in the fitting room, each shopper will have 1 hour to try on their selections. If you need additional time, you can return back to the line for the next available fitting room.
- Once in the fitting room, your assigned specialist will be available to assist with selecting dresses, fittings, and checking availability of specific dresses.
Arrival and Check-in:
- Please check in upon arrival. If you are running late, please call us to inform us. - No new fitting rooms will be started in the last hour before closing.
Same-Day Appointments:
Same-day appointments are welcome! To book, please add yourself to the waitlist for today at the approximate time you plan to arrive to the store.
Breeze Bridal & Prom's Final Sale Policy: All sales, purchases, special orders, layaways are final sale (no return or exchange) & all payments are nonrefundable.
Customer Information:
The first and last name provided on the appointment is for the person trying on dresses. The address provided will be used at check-out for payment billing address. We accept credit cards, debits cards, cash, and split payment methods. Receipts are sent via the email provided.
Appointment Bookings, Reminders, and Confirming:
Appointments booked successfully will received a text message. If you don't receive a text message within 24 hours of booking, text us at 573-315-3559.
An appointment reminder text message will be sent 24-48 hours prior to confirm your appointment. All appointments are required to be confirmed to keep your appointment.
