PO Box orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to be delivered in 1-5 bussiness days once shipped.

No returns/exchanges or credits will be issued for online purchases for designer dresses for any other reasons other than those indicated below.

No returns/exchanges or credits will be issued for orders submitted with a wear date of less that 2 weeks with Free/Ground Shipping option selected. We recommend looking into Rush Shipping options as we are not resonsible for any delays that may occur due to/by the carrier.
Pick Up In Store orders will be contacted via phone call when ready for pick up. Pick Up In Store orders must be picked up within 7 business days from after notice or by the wear date provided (whichever is sooner). If a Pick Up In Store order is not picked up by the wear date provided on your order for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
If a wear date is not indicated or a wear date is not correctly submitted (MM/DD/YY format), then your order will ship out as it states on the website. You cannot change or update your wear date once your order has shipped.
SPECIAL ORDER Dresses or dresses with a Future Ship Out Date: Please note that this excludes delayed shipments that are out of our control by production or the shipping carrier. Special order styles or dresses for an estimated future ship out date that are ordered can expect delays and this is out of control and no credit or refund will be issued (Final Sale, no return, no exchange) even if the dress ships out or is delivered after your wear date. Please contact the store for updated information for delays as needed.
APO, FPO, and DPO are shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary, but are estimated to be delivered in 7-21 business days after your order has shipped. Orders (online orders/purchases or in-store orders/purchases) that are sent back to Breeze Boutique or to the designer via UPS or USPS or any other carrier (for both USA and International orders), for any reason, will incur a 100% restocking fee (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
Reasons included, but are not limited to, the customer did not accept the package(s) or did not pick-up the package(s) at a UPS or USPS postal location (Return to Sender, including UPS access point, PO box, etc...), or if the order is sent to Breeze Boutique or the designer by the customer for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
